Our mission
and values

The POC’s mission is to develop, promote and protect the Olympic Movement in Poland
– in accordance with the Olympic Charter.

Our aims and functions:

• selecting and registering the Polish Olympic Team, and ensuring its participation in the Olympic Games
• spreading and promoting the principles of Olympism and Olympic ideals, education and culture
• ensuring compliance with the Olympic Charter in Poland
• representing Poland in the Olympic Movement
• development of qualified sport
• promoting sport for all
• combating doping
• engaging in educational activities and promoting fair play
